HOTEL POLICIES
  • Hotel features and amenities are proposed and subject to change without notice.
  • Ocean Club Hotel is a Smoke-Free facility.
  • A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in your room.
  • Requests for specific room numbers and/or floors are noted but not guaranteed.
  • This property will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests.
  • All rooms have safes for valuables. Hotel will not be responsible for loss of any valuables.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy. $20 Extra Person Per Night.
  • Sorry, pets are not permitted.
  • Deposits not received within one week will result in automatic cancellation of reservation.
  • To guarantee a room on the 6th floor, an additional charge applies.
  • Please Note: The Penthouse Floor is an adults-only floor.
  • The Ocean Club Hotel, SeaSalt Restaurant and Tiki Ten35 reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
CHECK-IN
  • Balance due in full upon check-in and payable in cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
  • Personal Checks accepted for reservations three weeks prior to arrival only.
  • License plate number of vehicle required, one car per unit.
  • A valid driver's license or passport must be presented upon check in along with a credit card for incidentals and / or balance due.
  • Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is 12pm
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES
  • All deposits are refundable 15 or more days prior to arrival date, less our $50 cancellation fee per room.
  • Cancellations 14 or fewer days prior to arrival forfeit entire deposit. Same day cancellations, no-shows and early departures/shortened stays shall forfeit entire stay amount.
  • Cancellations must be made by calling 609.884.7000 to ensure timely hotel notification. Cancellations via email are not accepted.
  • Reservation date changes, room type changes, or any other reservation modifications will incur a $50.00 change date fee and may only be made outside of two weeks of arrival.
  • We cannot insure your reservation against inclement weather.
  • Room Guarantee Policy: Stay of 1 night requires 100% deposit, stay of 2 nights or more requires 50% deposit including tax.
  • Minimum stay requirements may apply.
  • Prices subject to change at any time without notice unless guaranteed with a deposit.
  • New Jersey sales tax & room tax not included in rates.
